They use UPS. I dont think UPS ships to any military post office. Best bet is to use an off-post address or get a civilian PO box and use that for the shipping address. You will find their shipping pricey but they are very quick about it.Comment

I have been meaning to post something like this for a while. It seems that many if not most of the folks hear are x-smokers. I applaud you all in your efforts to become smoke free.
