Empty can O' Snus

I just received an order from SnusCentral and one of the cans was open, the lid was gone, and it was empty. It was a can of Odens Original Portion snus. I'm thinking that for some reason or another customs had a problem with this particular snus. Anyone else have anything like this happen?

I'd guess it's a packing error. I've had broken tins, and missing tins, but never partially missing tins.

I forgot to add that the shrink wrap that SnusCentral puts around the tins was cut open at the top and only this one tin was out of the shrink wrap. I'm not really worried about it, just curious.

Shrink wrapping is the last step before your order is packed and sealed. If the shrink-wrap was cut and this can was loose in the package, it was a either UPS or Customs issue. Email Annika at info.snuscentral,com and tell her what happened.

if customs had a problem with a single can of snus, they wouldn have just kept the entire can. Not just the contents ;-) Contact Moe Unz and he'll take care of you.
