SnusCentral order problems?

    SnusCentral order problems?

    I just tried to place an order with SnusCentral using the same card as I used a 2 or 3 weeks ago and it wouldn't accept it. Anyone else having any problems? The expiry date is 2014 so that is not the issue.

    I placed an order last night around 6PM with no problems. Maybe they're getting swamped with orders for their Black Friday sale.

      It's probably something to do with your bank. My bank was very secure and had some fancy pants fraud detection blah blah, and if you're using a card overseas (because it processes overseas), a lot of times your bank will flag it as fraud. You have to actually call your bank and tell your fraud department to allow any transactions from DIBS/MaKe WeBo in Sweden to go through. It's usually just something they have to lift and you can send your order through.

        Hi! I think either Chad or crullers hit it on the head. SnusCentral has been getting swamped with orders since the Black Friday Sale started which will most likely continue until the sale ends Monday night. The site has been handling the spike in business very well so that doesn't seem to be an issue. I checked the DIBS status web page and it indicates on line with no troubles. Credit card issues are usually DIBS issues. http://www.dibs.se/driftsstatus

        Try again and if it won't go through, I would take Chad's advice and call your bank. Have a great and snusful weekend!

          Thanks for having such a genorous sale! My freezer is fully stocked at the moment but is nice to see sales like this. I hope it works out well for Snuscentral and more events like this are to come.

            As I mentioned in my initial post, it is the exact same card and bank as the one I used with SnusCentral 2 or 3 weeks ago so it must be they were swamped. I haven't tried again but probably will shortly.

              Not necessarily true. I've had to do the same thing chad said in a short time frame. It's worth checking into. Actually the short time interval could be the problem. Fraud protection is taken quite seriously these days seeing how it falls on them if your card is being abused......

                I am with BigBlue, I have used the same card always with SC, sometimes it will not go through others it will...but it is always my bank blocking it. When the order doesn't go through I call and tell them it is not fraud and to allow the sale to complete. They will unblock it and tell me to place the order in 15 minutes.

                  Chad and Big Blue are correct. Mine was denied until I replied to an email from my bank.
                  I was able to order within a short time.

                  I ordered Sunday night and received my snus Wednesday morning before 10:30 AM.
