I agree - got a shipping confirmation this morning (ordered on sunday evening), that 9 of 10 cans are sent and the 10th will follow, when possible. Some other vendors would wait till all cans are in stock again, which sometimes may take weeks.

Despite of my shipping confirmation, even 2 cans were missing in my package. I also wrote them an email and got a very quick response, that the missing cans have immediately been shipped. Excellent customer service.

4/3/07 just received my snus from buysnus, expiration dates were all good. I thought with the sale they were trying to clear some old stock, I guess I was wrong...... again. I do wish they had regular UPS shipping(like swedish match does), as it did take longer to get to me than usual. I don't like my Snus sitting around at room temperatures that long.

I got my missing can this past Monday. They threw in a can of Offroad (Strong) Cranberry Portions. Very tasty! What a pleasant surprise.

Hiya, just tried Skruff cranberry strong myself, they are my favourite so far. Nice strong nicotine, beautiful cranberry taste. Please don't buy them all though, 'till I can get an order in :wink:

I had placed an order with Buy Snus around two weeks back.
On receipt of the same I found that instead of 1 can of Ettan Lossnus which I had ordered I had received one with portion.
I emailed Tomas and got a reply the next day itself.(super fast) that it was probably a mistake and that they would send me one can of Ettan Loose free(I got to keep the portion can for free).

I got the loose can today and to my surprise they had thrown in a can of Göteborg's Rape and a plastic Prismaster for free!!!!!!!!!!

They sure know how to keep customers happy.

No more of my orders are going to Northerner who sent me the wrong Ice tool Snus Box(had ordered the one for portions and I got the one for loose).They didn't have the decency to even acknowledge my mail ,forget about replacing it!

I've experienced the same good service from Northerner (the times I've been too busy or lazy to move my butt to Sweden). Great people. One time I ordered a bunch of random tins, I think it was 10, and for some reason they just didn't show up. After a week I got really worried - I mean, man, the package has to move from Göteborg to Copenhagen, it's REALLY not that far - so I wrote the guys at Northerner and asked them politely about the delivery. And what an amazing answer I got; some fella wrote back and claimed that it had been send, and that he - just to be safe - already had shipped new package. It arrived after two days and I was finally settled with a fine range of good brands. The next day I hit the friggin' jackpot when the first package suddenly was delivered by the postman. I noticed that it had been opened and re-sealed with a sticker from 'the man'. Nothing else. Just pure happy hour.

Why do you even need to go across to Sweden anyway? Isn't lössnus sold normally in Denmark?

I made my 2nd order with BuySnus. I had originally planned to buy from Northerner, but the shipping costs to Canada was 14$ :cry: . So I went to BuySnus, where my order was shipped for 5$

I'm on my second can of portions and I must say that I am loving snus. I tuck it away in my upper lip and occasionally suck on the portion. What a tobacco/nicotine hit! :P I still have a cigarette first thing in the morning, but I'm planning to give that up soon.

Yes, it's quite easy to get lös in DK (though it's mostly just General, Ettan, and Grov). I was talking about portion snus - guess I should have mentioned that :roll:
