    Expanding General Distribution In US

After checking the general locator earlier today, it appears this is the case on the west coast and likely the rest of the U.S.

Whereas the only shop selling general in Oregon was a tobacconist in Portland, it appears they are now expanding to a range of convenient stores all over the state.

I just checked out my area. In the past there was one tobacco shop that carried general. Now all of the PDQ and Stop-N-Go stores carry it. Their must be at least 20 stores in my local area. There is also hundreds of other places (not PDQ and Stop-N-Go) throughout the state. These people aren't messing around.

I wish northerner would have something in my area, or even the state. Last I checked they had nothing.

Looks like the shops in my area have doubled very cool. Thanks for sharing the info.

Also I freaking love your avatar bro. I'm from Portland originally, and miss McMenamins like crazy! I'd kill for a pint of Sunflower IPA, Hammerhead, or even a Ruby Ale.

Wow! This is really exciting! Didn't think the day would come, but now I can buy General at gas stations! Can't wait to see the pricing and selection. Doubt I'll find loose though

Holy crap. you are right. There are about 20 locations near me that now carry general. Used to be only 2 places. Time to go find one that will work with me so maybe I can trade general at a better price [think no xtra shipping costs] for the members. Now if they would concentrate on getting into the Sams Clubs......
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I've been digging the beer out here. I'm in Corvallis, so its quickly became a ritual to grab a pint or two before beaver's games. Hammerhead is definitely one of the ones I keep gravitating towards. Even chain stores like the mellow mushroom surprisingly carry a nice array of local craft beers. Now if only the food was better...

I would definitely advise people to give a ring to the convenience stores in their area that are starting to carry general. I called one today and while they haven't gotten the fridge in, the snus arrived the other day on promotion for 99 cents!

As expected no los and surprisingly they're not carrying wintergreen. They apparently got a shipment of 15 tins each of op, white, and mint portions so I grabbed all the originals, 5 whites, and a mint all for around $20.

I'm primarily using snuff these days so this should last me quite awhile.

Just for fun I went on Northerner's site to see the price differential. $125.81 to ship 21 cans to oregon. A savings of $104.81!

Wow, that's not even including shipping. In fact ground shipping is around the same price as the snus itself. If I wanted next day shipping, I'd be spending an extra $178.16!

I have been buying at least 3 tins when I get gas at Chevron.

                          Convenience stores

A lot of those places don't choose to supply everything. Soooo the Circle K hasn't got it. Maybe at a later date

If only the one tobacco shop around me wouldn't charge $8/tin for General and carry a larger variety...then I'd consider. Till then, online for me.

check the general locator dude. There are 3 superamerica gas stations selling general within 5 miles of menomonie, wi. I'm with you on variety. If I had found phantom blue los or some odens for 99 cents instead of general, I'd be donating all of my freezer foods
