      To be fair to Rob - he hasn't done that to me.

      He has promised by PM to look in to the specifics - but has said that he doesn't personally have the power to just sort my situation out. This is more than I have ever had from the ticket system or emails to Northerner!

      It's the company - and the people at the top (sorry Frank!) who have messed up here causing my blood to boil - not the guy hired to try and smooth things over.

        That´s because, either they are still waiting to receive the payment or because they are proparing the order, checking the stock, etc. From the european warehouse which is located in Denmark it takes about 4 days to arrive to Spain.

          Thanks for the info ... so two things I'm not so keen on which is some kind of nicotine free stuff and the ART (Oomph/Wise) tobacco free portions in giant packs.

          But they seem to have the full selection available to the UK including Swedish Match (even Onyx) and Lucky Strikes.

          Now if only there was a way they could show they care about my custom and could prove to me that the snus would actually get to me in a fit condition to use ...

          I might be interested.

          Or it could be another website error.

            Thank you so much! I paid online when ordering so I guess they are preparing the order then. 4 days isn't bad, just hoping they ship it soon. It's been 48 hours since order was placed.

                  I got excited then Last time that happened I did get the snus, including the Onyx I have 1 can left in the freezer, I can't being myself to use it!

                    Just updating to say my shipment is now marked "complete" and I'm counting days. For Northerner's sake, I hope it arrives within mid next week, then I will be happy and order again in the future.

                      I think Squeezy really nailed it in this thread. It's just the same old shit that Northerner has always been doing since I started in 2008. I remember that one time it took me like 6 months to get an order to my house and it was like a $200 order or something so I couldn't just buy elsewhere in the meantime. They lost my trust then. At this point, i'm not even ordering online any more, i've given up with dealing with online suppliers and I just poay the stupid $6 per tin of General original at the local tobaco shop.

                      Northerner can apologize as many times as it wants, but over the years we have all sen the same patterns over and over again and they will never change. Right now we are in the "After a long period of **** ups, dispatch PR person to the forums to apologize" stage again. It's been done before, I can't even get worked up about it, it's just what must be expected from Northerner, who will never change.

                        Dude, you're nuts, don't do that. I am still getting my snus delivered in 72 hours at $4/can, and that's with the $33 2-day shipping (the slower UPS option is $31 lol. One dollar well spent). All you have to do is buy like 4 rolls. General sucks balls, and so does $6/can. It's $8.75 here and only for the most dire emergencies. And don't ever buy the coffin shaped tin! Whatever the hell that is. I paid like 6 bucks the other day, before I received my order (and my paycheck), for like 12 small, white pouches of General. I had one left this morning and I threw it away. Garbage.

                          Its been about a week.. support got in touch and told me to give them the order number so they could reship it so I sent them my order number and the persons whose order I received number. Asked em what they wantes me to do with the order I got and almost 4 days later still no response. I have about $80 just sitting in the wind right now. It's only frustrating because it's my first order in awhile and i've had to continue dipping while waiting. I can't make another order until everything is fixed. *

                              My only experience with northerner was at first, awful but after a month or so of complaining I got my order, a full refund and a discount code valid for a month. A feel this was great but the response time was not satisfactory. Northerner has a long way to come before I gets any of peoples trust again. And the whole thing with offering mainly V2 products and these "purified snus" things is a bit naff if im honest.

                              Id also like to raise a question about General on the drop down list. Its listed as General USA. I was wondering if this was just a technical hick up and its been wrongly placed on the United Kingdoms section or if it is genuinely available to us in the EU..?
