I ordered some snus from northerner yesterday and it showed that it was all in stock. Today it is not in stock and my order is pending. ;(
should I be surprised?

I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.
My last order to Northerner was shipped on Feb 20th and it arrived on March 6th, just 2 weeks after shipment. My order was 10 cans of Skruf strak portions and 3 cans of loose skruf stark. They shipped 10 cans of the portions and that´s what I got, but the loose cans was shipped on Feb 26th and I´m still waiting for them, I guess the will arrive soon. What I mean is that you are still "on time", wait some days and if they don´t arrive, contact them.
Thanks Will wait another week. Another question I have that you may be able to answer - I ordered 10 cans of Skruf Extra Strong, and I got two shipment confirmation emails, each for 5 boxes. Is this a good thing? Do they split up the shipments to avoid any import fees or something like that?

Yes, they do that for shipments to Canada too. Gives us a fighting chance against the outrageous taxes.
It's actually quite disappointing that we are discussing their service and helping each other in a post made by Northerner to help costumers with their issues. The PR guy from Northerner should be on here eager to help, be humble, open and honest about what's going on over there. This seems like a halfhearted attempt to gain back costumers. As seen in this post, there are still some costumers who are willing to give them a second (or third, fourth..) chance, and they should go out of their way to prove that they deserve it and that they are working on their issues, even if some things are still not perfect. Just my thoughts.

Well, I think is not about the import fees, I think it is due because of they may not have stock enough to ship the complete order and they are shipping according the quantity they are having. Is the same it happened to me, I ordered 10 cans of skruf stark portions and 3 cans of skruf stark loose, they made a first shipment with the portions(10 cans, which is the same quantity you ordered, and I got them at once) and a week after a second shipment with the loose cans. I don´t know why because I think that would increase the shipping cost for them since we are only paying one shipment.
Bad labeling so I get screwed with taxes snus = snuff apparently?! Horrible customer service, points lost and horrifying shipping times. Thanks for all you have done for the Snus industry since '98 but I will stick with snusline.
