More Getsnus.com problems

    More Getsnus.com problems

    So, I've been ordering from Getnus.com for a couple years now and never had a problem. The past month, I go to place an order like usual and at the very end, where I have to 'verify' my age, I click the button and....nothing happens. Literally, click about 100 times and it won't verify my age or anything. The page just sits there. I've used multiple browers and even created another account, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

        I used to have age verification problems too, and hell...I worked for Northerner for a time. For me, it was due to the fact that I lived in KY and still had a TN driver's license. For whatever reason, the software will kick out anything that doesn't match up, like addresses, names, etc. Maybe it was in permanent "verifying" mode, who knows. As other's have said though...there are other options, but if it's an ID issue, you're likely to have the same issue. Good luck

            LOL, not for awhile now. I now work for Kretek International, the company that has the exclusive distribution right to Thunder, Offroad, Oden's and we also sell the Jakobsson's brand as well as General snus, in the US. I'm the OTP Category Brand Manager for North America, and OTP includes, Swedish snus (of course), e-cigs, Toque snuff and Silver Dollar snuff as part of my portfolio. Essentially, I'm doing the same thing as at Northerner, but now for the company that can take snus in the US to the next level. We're making great strides in getting many styles and variety in flavors to the marketplace in the US.

                you might try emailing/calling them and letting them know the problem you are having and see if they can't help you get it sorted out.
