    BUY 10 CANS GENERAL AND PAY FOR 6 ... wtf?

    So on every page I see it says "BUY 10 CANS GENERAL AND PAY FOR 6"

    WTF?

    The link goes to Northerner ... frankly one of the worst businesses that exist for someone who wants to buy snus online. I'm currently owed tons of money or snus by these people ... they are not an honest comapny ... they prey on snus addicts around the world and take their money and do not supply the goods their website promises and their customer service is infamous for it's appalling service.

    THE LINK IS NOT EVEN TRUE FOR US IN THE EU - Northerner will not sell us General.

    Why on earth is this forum (presumably) taking their money so that more people can be cheated?

    It's supposed to be a forum that can support snus users by educating them about stuff and providing a community for us. By placing advertisements for this company SnusOn is pro-actively placing their members in danger of losing money! My experience is very bad with them - despite new member, Northerner_ops attempting to help, Northerner still have not reimbursed me for the hundreds of pounds of money I have paid for snus that was unusable and their customer services have not contacted me.

    Be careful people ... be very careful!

    I have been a dissatisfied customer since 2010..... I read somewhere that others may be experiencing problems.... Many years ago I attempted to express my concerns, here on the forum, only to be informed that ..." we were retarded", and incapable of grasping what an awesome company they were.         lol Whalen I remember when Fredrik said that. Fred knows he made a completely unwarrented comment and caught hell for letting it slip out of his mouth. So don't hold that against anyone that is currently involved with snuson or northerner. I didn't like Fredrik at all when many of you really did. I had a run in with Fredrik right before he "left" northerner........ Look where Fredrik is now.

        I believe that Fredriks comment was an isolated incident.
        Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

          Theres no point in buying general online anyways if you live in the us. Even with the sales i can still get if cheaper locally

            Your right PP! It was a bad bit of choice of words, and I wrongly still associate it with Northerner, but you have to admit that, in the time since, they have had plenty of time to greatly improve and mature. It find it amazing that they still suffer with the service they provide, all they have to do is just suck less.... how hard can that be?

              I couldn't agree with you more.....this snafu has taken way too long. It is hard to believe how they could let it happen.

                  lol yea. There is one thing I know about the northerner tho. They are in business to stay, they are trying to build their business and follow all the laws of all the countries. They were instrumental in getting the ball rolling for us to get snus in the brick and mortar stores here in the USA. Tho they aren't continueing that fight they have opened the door for others to continue. I believe that one day they will rise again.....but only after they get a new IT team.

                  yea I'm being optimistic here. But the fact remains that they will succeed but it may take a while.

                    I give them credit, I do, they stuck their neck out for us, but .............. come on...., It's Dilbert Management! It only takes one competent person to grab the wheel and start turning away from the iceberg. Identify that person and give them the task....... Nuff said. Been years of this now.

                          Whatever the reasons and arguments behind Northerner's current state of affairs - I'm very glad the adverts strategically placed to read and be clicked on like genuine posts have gone.
