Seriously, their constant policy changes concerning EU orders are driving me insane.

I buy snus every few months and everytime I log in to their site, it's a completely different picture. Skruf and Swedish Match products are sometimes available, sometimes not, with no rhyme or reason. One day it's Skruf but no SM, the next time, Skruf is gone but for some odd reason, I can order General to my heart's content. And today, well, no Skruf and no SM. Not to mention that I'm yet to receive any news about my bonus points that I had stored up. Have they vanished?

Is there any hope they will sort their shit out at some point?

Oh man………you must have taken a 6 month nap there bro......the bonus points are zapped, gone, zilch, revoked

I lost a roll and a half (1500 points)

They did give folks 10% coupons in place of the points a while back (sigh)

Now as far as why the snus you are allowed to order changes.....that is beyond me............however, it may have to do with the manufacturer changing their policies in response to the latest whispers about the EU directive….but who knows

They have had General USA on sale to europe from the US warehouse, its the US branded general so 45g loose rather than 42g!

Yeah, I also bought 2 rolls of General portions not so long ago.

Losing the points really sucks. I remember I had enough to get an icetool for free, but since I almost never do loose, I wanted to go for something else. I also lost points from Buysnus when they stopped shipping to the EU.
