What I don't understand is why my subtotle jumped from $91 to $161 before any tax or shipping was factored in.......what is the $70 charge?

You might want to consider moving to California! Apparently, snus is cheaper here. One question, did you log in before placing the order? That changes the price.

I can't stress this enough, keep hounding your local retailers to carry snus. Give them my number 606-625-2295 tell them that I'm the OTP Category Manager for Kretek International/Phillips & King, many of them already buy from us and adding our Thunder, Jakobsson's, Oden's, Offroad and even the Northerner Brands is pretty easy.

For those of you that have already given me your local shop's info...give it to me again, and I'll have my sales guys call them again. Every trade show that passes, and every month that goes by, snus' awareness grows with the retailers. The reason why is almost every market analyst predicts snus to be a massive part of the smokeless tobacco category in the next 5 years and they put it out regularly. You have to remember that these very same retailers continue to lose revenue on smoking products, and are looking for a way to replace that revenue. OTP(Other Tobacco Products) is the fastest growing category in tobacco, and snus is smack dab in the middle of the OTP category ;-)

I contacted you back in November to setup a willing local retailer, Lynx Tobacco Outlet in Holland, OH. The owner say's no one will follow-up with him. Do you know the status of this retailer? A local snus option is not going to work if Kretek doesn't follow up with interested retailers. The owner of the shop just said I guess they don't want my business. Seems a shame that a willing/interested retailer can't get setup to carry Swedish snus to potential U.S. customers.

BTW, I tried to order Al Capone Mint to ship from Sweden but my invoice was credited because Al Capone Mint is not allowed in US, per the email credit notification I received this morning. Any idea why Al Capone snus is not allowed in US? It is the same type/mfg of snus as Northerner?

Yep...they (Al Capone) is having issues with the FDA, not sure why, but I have an idea. I'm sure that once they get cleared of the FDA you'll be able to get it...my question is why, lol?

Do not trust the General store locator, period. It has indicated non-existent General carrying stores in this area for nearly three months.

Northerner is still saying it's shipping from sweden for me. Going to wait till everything is sorted. I wish I could get Thunder snus locally. My local tobacco shop was having a sale on General for $1 per can for quite awhile and I was just getting that, but now that it's back to $3 per can I'd rather have thunder.

Though I'm having trouble staying away from the dip since it's about $8 for a 12oz tub of stoker's right now..
