    Old vs New Northerner

    ok so i know there isnt much love on here for Northerner.but, this is what happened.

    Old Northerner, order, ships in 7'ish days from USA location. takes another week'ish to get here.

    New order last week. Ordered Wednesday. Shipped thursday from Sweden, Out for delivery today.
    WOW!
    I'll take it. i have to order from Northerner B/c they sell the dry white portion that i like. i know thats not really snus for some but its my got to.

    That is good to hear.....maybe they made this change to improve their turn around time and CS.

    I just hope that this will not adversely effect our EU brothers from being able to get their snus. I know there was some talk of that but I'm not sure how it is actually playing out.

      I like the Northerner/TillCe as well. I was floored at first by the new Sweden distribution but I am coming around since I can order a quarterly supply for less than one month at a time plus now I can order the Al Capone Mint which I have been wanting to try for sometime. I am working on a local retail option but in the meantime I can roll with the change with no impact on my wallet plus added benefit of more ordering options.

        Rant begins ... I had high hopes for Northerner only shipping out of Sweden ... seemed to get pricing and shipping times down to other e-Stores, only took 3 days to get here, had me pretty encouraged. But, new Northerner same as old Northerner I last ordered from 3 years ago and stopped using because they couldn't get an order straight ... this order was F*cked up ... shorted me 5 cans. Man, you take a chance ... and wham, there's a reason they lose customers. And shame on me for thinking it would be better. FFS. Rant over.

          are they still putting all the warning labels all over the cans? And are they shipping actual whole rolls or did it come packed in a box with cans loose? I got a bunch of broken cans last time cause of their shitty packaging...

            that got better too ... my roll of Oden's Vanilla White Dry was a single roll still wrapped, with warning stickers outside of the roll. the 5 each of Extreme 79 and Extreme Vanilla were cut half rolls, in tact.

              I'm happy with them at the moment. Been buying from them exclusively for months now. I use V2, so it all comes from Denmark, and in the EU at least they are constantly offering discounts and free shipping weekends, and (touch wood) everything has been getting delivered pretty quickly.

                My last few orders fro Northerner have been fine, only exception was they sent a can of jaks wintergreen instead of the classic i ordered but they refunded the costs and let me keep the can, they seen to be getting back on track.
