I have done the same the other day Skell, and I also emailed them to tell them why - I don't want a single penny of my money going to fund what's happening at the hands of the Israeli government at the moment. And if I'm buying from Snusline - some of that money goes (as taxes) to fund the murder of innocent people as far as I'm can see.

I know how complicated it all is, how two sided it is, and how hard it is to read between the various different propaganda .... but I don't want any of my money going towards that. Pissing in the wind? maybe, but at least it's not doing nothing.

Let's hope that Odens stays in business!

ok...as you're all voicing your opinions anyway I'll exercise the right to voice mine.
As you've all said, it takes two to tango...but...it's the same old story of Hamas provoking Israel. Just what on earth are you all expecting Israel to do? Take the rockets and murders of its population on the chin? I admire Israel's "I'm f**king sick of this sh** stance". Muslims are creating massacres as we speak in Syria and Iraq. If you're not convinced I'll post the traumatic videos HERE even if the truth gets me banned....the BB fecking all Muslims are wonderful peaceful fine upstanding left wing citizens" C certainly won't. Israel knows these people...have history with these people and all these do gooders in the west don't have an idea of the murderous reality of the Gazaans.
I am no Jew lover...I just call it as Im seeing it.

Mate, you know I'm as right wing as they come, but even I think it's gone way too far, on both sides. It's not about Muslim or Jew, it's about innocent people being bombed, on both sides, it has to stop! Hamas are no saints, from my understanding they are despots, but bombing schools? Civilians sheltering, it's wrong and it wouldn't matter if it was the UK bombing them, it wrong!

I didn't post here to be deep ... I said I knew it was complicated ... and I really don't want to let this thread get too derailed ...

but ... Frosted, there is a difference of responsibility here ... Hamas is not a nation ... Israel is (and one placed there by the west ... probably one of the worst bits of boundary meddling history has ever seen) ... the Palestinians in Gaza have been effectively imprisoned in a small strip of land at the hands of the West and Israel for decades ... and if you cage an animal you can expect nothing less than it behaving like a caged animal!

You say that Muslims are creating massacres in Syria and Iraq, Frosted ... and you're correct to say that ... however the vast majority of people they're massacring are Muslims - so if your intention is to suggest that it's OK for Israel to indiscriminately bomb civilian targets in Gaza because Hamas are muslims, and muslims are doing the same then I don't think that mentioning the actions of ISIS is valid at all! Again ISIS only exists because the boundaries of Iraq, Syria, and Iran make absolutely no sense to the people who live there ... and were put in place by the same western hands that created Israel at the same time as they created all these other states (BEWARE STRAIGHT LINE BORDERS EVERYONE ... THEY WILL NEVER LAST LONG) ...

As for the "murderous reality of the Gazans" - it is very easy to see how someone growing up in those conditions with only ONE country seemingly responsible for their oppression would find it hard to have any other perspective other than to fight for their people ... even though 99% of the rockets fired from Gaza get shot down by one of the most expensive and successful defense systems in existence and 100% of the tunnels would have been foiled and failed with certain death for the people in them WITHOUT the missile strikes.

I hope you don't tar me with the "BB fecking all Muslims are wonderful peaceful fine upstanding left wing citizens" C" brush Frosted ... I know full well the problems of getting straight information even when the issues are minor and I do my upmost to try and get the same story from opposing sides before making my mind up ... but are you really suggesting that the British media and the BBC are pro-Islamic-Fundamentalist???? I don't believe that for a minute and I don't think you do either ... the BBC are so shit-scared of whoever is in government taking their right to exist away that they will only do what they're told ... I've seen that from within the stations when I've been there ... I think that the news we're getting from them is heavily doctored to remove some of the things in this Gaza conflict that would raise public opinion here to a fever pitch the government would not like at all ... not the other way round.

I am a jew and i think Israels actions are disgusting. I think the whole zionist project is ridiculous as well . I obviously don't think Hamas' actions are in any way commendable , and are also humanitarian crimes. The fact is that they lack the technology and funds to stage attacks with any near the impact that the Israeli's do . If they did , then no doubt we would all be apaulled by them bombing schools and firing on children.
