Placed a small order, only four portion cans. Two RyJ, and one each of N&J and Ettan vit. Their single can prices are sharp! The shipping cost was a hair more than BuySnus, and they tack-on a handling fee, but I was in it for the Cuban snus.
The online order was smooth. The follow-up email was quick, and the delivery was prompt. US Customs did not open my package. When I did, I found they included a free can of General Sterk. This was very welcome and eclipsed the handling fee. They also sent a small manual travel lock, branded by General (I guess as a giveaway).
I don't expect freebies, especially with such a small order, and maybe these were given because it was a first time purchase. I'd have to say that someone at Snuskaufen knows how to start out on the right foot. All in all, a nice experience.
