So, I got my envelope today. This is the third one in a row I got with tape on it.
Only this time it wasn't taped like it got ripped accidentally. It was cut across the top and neatly taped shut. No dented cans like last time. And oh yeah my free pen was missing, don't care.
All my snus was accounted for and in great shape.
Then I noticed instead of the sticker on every other package I've received with some type face Swedish and some handwriting declaring snus, this one has a full English declaration for customs. It even warmly invites, "May be opened officially."
The date, weight, and value were all typed out to match my order.
I realize this type of automation may help out with efficiency when packing a lot of orders, but I preferred the partial ambiguity of it being in Swedish and most likely passing under the customs radar.
Guess those days are officially over.
I've got two more small orders coming from other companies. I'm now interested to see how they are labeled.
