yea...they can't seem to reply to any customer service tickets linked to their own site or to the emails they asked me to send directly to them. And WTH!!! They should know who the hell I am anyway. My email address IS premiumparrots@.net. You think that would jump out at them when they scan the emails. Oh well. I already got my snus ordered and on the way from another vendor. its sad really.
