Just had an email from snusline, they are now stocking skruf!

They have the ones we want, i.e extra stark and stark white and original portions, stark loose and original white and OP, also the slim fresh white portions.

I'm getting paid in a few days, so I figured I may as well order a bulk load of Skruf and Thunder to keep me going through September, does anybody in the UK know what kind of limit there is for importing snus? I was thinking maybe 1 roll of Thunder, 2 rolls of Skruf, half a roll of Offroad and half a roll of Skruf loose, but I have a feeling that 40 cans might get stopped (if they get stopped coming to the UK at all)..

I realise this may be the wrong thread to be posting this, but the majority of the order is Skruf as its my favourite brand and wouldn't want it to be kept at customs or an extra charge put on it (like I said, I really have no idea what happens if you order "too much" snus within the UK)

I don't think there is a limit, but if customs stop it there will be a delay and import duty to pay (that's only if its coming from outside the EU and Snusline are in Israel) ... Whether customs stop it or not seems to be pretty random, but it's always a risk.

Mine arrived today - but it was only half the amount I ordered! I need to send an email to see if this was a split delivery or an error. Pretty fast though even with the bank holiday weekend!

Will just be VAT if its over £15.00 in value, no duty will be charged unless its marked chewing tobacco, if makred snus or snuff, no duty here in the UK.

Screw snusline. I want to order from them, with their glorious free shipping, and now carrying Skruf. Too bad I live in America.

That's a bit harsh ... they must have got the idea from most US companies who completely refuse to ship things internationally

I agree, if one ordered two rolls with the free shipping it would come out about $ 20 cheaper than the same from the other two sites I use......
It may change in the future, their store does have prices in USD.

Just curious skelly, how much is the VAT and do they actually show up at your door to random audit your reported VAT?

If the parcel gets stopped by customs they send you a bill for the VAT (20% of the price of the goods) and they will only release the parcel once you pay that plus an admin fee (the admin fee is criminally large esp. for small orders)

VAT is 20% of the goods value, no they don;t show up and audit you, unless you're VAT registered in which case you would claim it back at the end of the year when you do your taxes etc. If a package gets stopped you just pay it at the post office, lus the stupidly large handling fee like squeezy stated, about £8.50 or so, the fee is usually more than the VAT!!

Not harsh. They told me almost two years ago that that were going you start selling to the U.S. soon. They got my hopes up. For me, two rolls would be almost $50 cheaper than other sites.
