I'm so happy about this!! Money is extremely tight and I am traveling on work to Rep. of Georgia and Turkey in 2 weeks and I was really stressed about not being able to order snus first. A packet of cheap sausages and instant mashed potato with frozen peas and Bisto is Bangers & mash - and it's horrible!

12 links of the finest cumberland sausage from Oxford's covered market plus home grown Blue Danube potato mash with cream and horseradish - served with freshly picked spinach and nutmeg and covered in gravy made from the juices of the self-same sausages ... that, my friend, is a meal fit for a King!

Squeezy......thank you for clearing that up for me..... I am afraid your description of a proper representation of the dish proved to be a bit too "spot on" and I have started to salivate uncontrollably. Somewhere around horseradish..... I also became somewhat "wet".

I have added that meal to my bucket list...... I am afraid I had to remove "spotted dick" due to my advanced age and dwindling time to pursue said list. Cheers Mate!
