            Is the Northerner rep still on here? I placed a pretty good sized order, and about 1/3 of it has been shipped and the rest was refunded with no explanation. I opened a ticket, but no response. What gives?

                You know, it's quite good news you were refunded automatically....obviously the rest was out of stock....so that in itself is an improvement.

                      Yea not sure unless they really had a flavour I was after that I would order from northerner again .. two of us put in orders around the 8th.. one got an email yesterday (18th that finally part of the package was sent) I sent an email asking for a refund.. got ignored and got an email next day (19th )saying part of the parcel was sent.. think for the day to day I might just stick with one of the others.. pity tho .. thier range is really really good
