Ordered some dip and chew from northerner. They shipped it yesterday. How long does it normally take to uk?

I was just asking myself the same question. I guess if you have a tracking number you are american but to EU there is only USPS with no tracking, which is my case.
I ordered 4 rolls from Northener's US warehouse that were sent separately and on different days (the 1st on 17-03-2014) and after 26 days none of them arrived yet... I don't know where they are being held up (and just hope they are not lost... can't imagine 4 different packages being lost at the same time). I also ordered some cans from Northener's EU warehouse and those arrived after 5 days.
Since my snus stack is almost over I've now ordered a roll from Snusline and they have tracking service so now I can see if the deliveries are being delaying in customs.
Anyway, I really miss the days I could use Buysnus and get Montecristo (now Byron) without all this hassle... damn ban.

Northerner can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 months to deliver.

In this case it seems likely that the issue is Customs and not the merchant.......hopefully you will have it soon

USA to Greece are made minimum 15 business days. Shipment without Tracking number is a nightmare to unknown, from Sweden to Greece is 6-8 business days. Last 2 months i have made 29 Orders for US warehouse and 1 from Sweden warehouse and the 24 has arrive.

The only thing that missing form Northerner is the Tracking Number, if they give availability to Tracking Info we talk for the Best smokeless tobacco website globally

I agree. I've ordered before from Northerner and have no complaint, although it never took so long. This is the first time I use Snusline.
I do believe the delay is in customs but the fact that I have no way to know and no chance to complaint if any package is lost made me decide that I will change to Snusline even if the shiping cost get a little more expensive. The waiting is much worse when you have no clue what is happening and you have 100€ on the line.
I also found out about the "chewing" snus sites within the EU borders here in the forum and thats really good news. I'm just hoping the brands of snus available get some premium snus on their list, since I'm not a big fan of V2 and Oden's. By the way, does anyone know if there are other "chewing" snus sites within the EU besides these two?

Nothing worse than an order in transit and having a depleted or no stock...just f'n bummer. Been there too often really, usually it is my fault for not ordering when I should. As for Northerner, been ordering to US for over 4 years and I was always in a 2 day transit point whether ground from US warehouse or now air from Sweden. Never a major issue with Northerner and shipping via UPS has been solid. Put it this way I have never gone else where because Northerner/UPS works to U.S. for me and the pricing is always as good or better than any other options available.

I believe the biggest collection available to EU are in Northerner.. if not please let me know!

I've made three orders from Northener. Two of them arrived in a couple of week, the third one never arrived. Anyway they are very serious and refunded me the money.

With Snusline I never had an issue and they're really fast, normally I receive my orders within one week. They're also enlarging a lot their collection, they carry some brands that are not available on Northerner Europe. The only thing that I find really annoying is that sometimes they replace the labels with others written in hebrew, I don't like that.

Anyway, at least now I have snus while I wait for the other packages.
Northerner provides a great service for EU snusers but I would suggest looking at some alternatives for us to have an option for tracking service; I think many of us would be willing to pay the extra cost.

Anyway, as I said before, they're a very reliable company. I never received one of my orders, and after some months they refunded me, so there's no reason to worry. However, when you make an order you have to take in account that it could not arrive, so it's better to always have a good snus stack at home

Just a final update: all the packges from Northerner US have now been delivered to me and no customs taxes.

I was really disappointed with Northerner since I was still wating an order since october. But they gave me the money back, and the new order was received in 8 days (6 working days), shipped from USA to France. And they also gave me sone swedish candies for free
It may happen that the shipment takes long, but in general they are a really good site.
