BuySnus.com Shipping Issue

Hey Guys,

This is for anybody, here in the US, who ordered from BuySnus.com the week of 8/14 and got confirmation that it was shipped the 18th but, still haven't recieved yet. I sent the good folks at BuySnus an email because the above describes me. (duh....) They said they have about 100 orders that were shipped to the US that day and NONE of them have made it to thier destinations. They are working with the Swedish Post to find out what happened. Just thought I'd send a message out there for anyone that was wondering. I'll post an update once I get it.

I ordered snus from swedishsnus.com on 8/15, and my order hasn't arrived yet... I just sent them an e-mail explaining that buysnus.com orders are also delayed... We'll see what happens...

Mine came in today!!! 8/28. I orderd Late Friday, 8/22 so it didn't ship till 8/25. 4 DAYS!!!! WHOO!!!


It contained my new ICE TOOL. Whoo!!! and some Grov portions... MMMMM.

Any word on your order yet?

We have also experienced that shipments to USA takes much longer time to arrive the before. Unfortunately, we don´t know the reason, they arrive to New York fast and then the shipments got stuck in New York for a while before forwarding to final destination.

It seems as united states postal service has some problems.

I ordered on sunday 8/24 and have not received it yet, expected it today and saw the mail lady go by with no yellow envelope My supply will only last until Tuesday! I hope it gets here.

I was all up in a panic and I come home and my mail lady left it (the package) with my neighbor who I trust so I wouldn't have to wait till monday to get it. It pays to make sure you give your mail person a holiday gift I am finding out they take better care of you.

A 25$ gift visa card is not too much to give for such fine service, this year i think I will be giving her a bigger card amount.

I hope so, because it's almost order time for me. I really need to order larger quantities, but it's just so much fun getting that package! 8) I don't know, I might try out Northerner just for the hell of it...

I don't know if any of you have ever seen the show 'Metalocalypse', but when I read this letter, for some reason the voice in my head was the voice of the swedish (german? I dunno...I'm an arrogant American, I guess) guy in the band. If you haven't seen it, I do recommend it though. It's endless mindless humor.

9/1 And My order still hasn't arrived

I am one of the unlucky 100 whose order shipped from BuySnus on the 18th and my order still hasn't arrived. I will probably just go back to smoking - which is a bummer. :cry:
What is frustrating is that there has been no word from BuySnus since 8/27.
I will probably try Northerner in future.

It wouldn't be the first time the USPS has bunged things up. :x That's just the chance you take; especially when you throw international orders into the mix. I'll be ordering tomorrow, so I hope everything is straightened out....

I actually just received an email from Tomas at BuySnus.
Here it is -

Hi,

We are struggling with the Swedish post to get some information and they only delay it all the time. Now it is late here in Sweden but I will check with the post again tomorrow and if they haven’t got any information and you do not receive it we will resend it to you tomorrow.

BuySnus.com seems to really take care of their customers.

I got the same email from Tomas today only without the resending it piece. Since I was down to my last tin, I placed an order Saturday and am having it shipped UPS. They really do take care of thier customers, even when it's not thier fault. That's why I only order from them!! 8)
