Snus delivery on odenssnus.com

Hey guys,

I placed an order of 15 cans on the 28 of April on odenssnus.com. I ordered it with the post.
My package is now on the way to me to Germany but is located in Arsta since the 29. of may according to the Swedish post delivery tracking, it's called "Arsta, the item has been deposited". Could there be any problems with the delivery or is it normal that it takes so much time in Arsta? I also wrote an email to odenssnus.com but I didn't get an answer until now.

Don't worry it will get to you. I live in the UK and mine took 2 days. Fresh brand new snus.

I thought there could be a problem with the german custom, but not in sweden where the letter had to be according to the tracking.

Well I think they don't answer cause
1. today is saterday
2 daybefore yesterday was 1 maj non working day
3.cause they are probably retards.... Well here I am joking
4. cause the guy who should answer got mens and was not at work

If you mean 10 days (are you sure you're counting from SHIPPING date and not order date?) then it's still within Snusline's delivery range (2 weeks) so I wouldn't be worrying. Mine came very quick and I'm happy with Odenssnus even though it took a long while to actually ship my order (more holiday delays)..

My best bet would be for you to go on their Facebook page and post a help request if you are worried. I know the feeling when you're in desperate need of snus and there is none.

The only order I made from odensnus took some days to be shipped, but after the shipping it was delivered in 3 days.

Delivery date was Tuesday last week, so 9 days. I'm only worry about it, because everybody is saying that it normally doesn't take so much time to be delivered.

Meder96, you should receive your snus, or a notice from the customs office within 3 weeks from the time of shipment.

Delays are absolutely normal when doing international business. Several postal services and customs offices are involved - and especially the ones in Germany have become sluggish when it comes to service and speed. I fear that nobody here can help you in this special case. Just show a minimum of patience.

Better use an express service (UPS) next time. I also have used the standard post till 2010, but for shipments to Germany it's no longer an option. The chances for delivery delays and customs trouble have become too high with the Deutsche Post.
