    Ordering from Odenssnus.eu

    Hi everyone! This post is for GN Tobacco Sweden AB. As I cannot send him a PM, I had to post it.

    I have a problem ordering from Odenssnus.eu and I thought you could help me. I'm trying to place an order, I introduce my credit card info but when it starts processing the payment, something fails and I cannot place the order. I have tried on several web browsers and different computers and nothing works.

    The order will be shipped to Spain and I'm using a mexican credit card to pay. I don't think the card is the problem as I have made several orders from SnusCentral and haven't had any problem, so my guess is that the problem is with the payment site.

    I really hope you can help me, I want to try a bunch of Odens snuses (ordering a few kits). The thing is that the order has to arrive at most on June 10th.

    Do you know what might be happening? I would be really glad if you could help me with my order.

    Correction: July 1st (not June 10th)

    If anyone has had this problem before or can help me (not only GN), I'd appreciate it.

      Shipping a credit card purchase to a second address (that is not the one that the credit card statement is sent to) could be the problem. I recall at least one site that required the first purchase to be sent to the billing address of the CC.

        You might call the credit card company and verify the purchase as legitimate......it may in fact be something on their end........or what Burnsey said just above might very well be the issue.........which might require the customer service on the Oden's site to help resolve

            Hey man, thanks for the quick response! Apparently, I cannot send an email to that address

            "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

            Alexander@odenssnus.se

            Unknown User"

            Seems like I'm doomed and will not be able to try those Odens products

                  I ordered mine on the 4th July and I still haven't received the usual "your order has been handled email" I will leave where I am on Tuesday and not be back for 6 months. Do they always send the handled email or could it have been despatched without that?

                  I don't want my snus to rot whilst I am away as it wont be able to go into the fridge. A week to not even send the snus is a bit much in my eyes.

                    I think there might be a few problems for some reason. I think they've temporarily disabled their Facebook page. You will definitely get your snus though....but I'd say it hasn't been sent yet.

                          Tom i am not sure that we haven't send it might be that we have send, because of sister crush we have to do everything manually and it's lots of orders
