    Buysnus.com and what they just did for me

    I placed an order around the 18th of august and had the delay like others were having. I emailed buysnus and they told me the problem and said to wait a few more days and if it didn't come to let them know. Well it still has not come and I emailed them back and they just told me that they sent me 3 free tins of Gotland yellow los and 3 tins of Goteborg rape los. Then they sent me an email saying they also just resent my order again.

    These guys are top notch. I will feel kinda bad if I receive my first order, the 6 free tins, and then another order. Im still skeptical whether or not I will receive the first order since I have always got my order within 5 days. We will see though.

    I just had to say how top notch buysnus is and I plan on sticking with them for the rest of my snus career unless I can not find something at buysnus that I can find elsewhere. Plus their 6th roll for half off is great to. On my next order I get 50% of a roll.

    Just to let you know what I ordered it was the following:
    1 roll Gustavus Los
    1 roll Gotlands Yellow los
    1 roll of Goteborg Rape los
    1 Grovsnus pouch

    My 3 favorite snus. Thank you Buysnus.com, You have earned my business for a long long time.

      I got an email from them saying the are reshipping my order as well and guess what came today. :shock:

      I emailed them back to tell them I got it and to not bother sending the replacement and, they sent me another one basically saying I can keep them both for the inconvienience. I'm thiers for LIFE!!!!

        That's awesome! I'm angling for that engraved metal snus can from swedishsnus.com, so I will stick with them for a while. I will definitely be using buysnus.com for my non SM brands now though!

          My order

          I was one of the unlucky people whose order shipped on the 18th as well.
          Monday BuySnus.com re-shipped the order.
          Today the original order arrived.
          So I did the right thing and sent an email asking what I should do with the replacement order.
          I'm hoping they tell me to keep it - but if the want to charge me again maybe they can wait until after payday... :wink:
          I'm already a solid customer - I was sold on the customer service and fast shipping after my second order.

            It may just be that buysnus moves so much product that they can afford to double ship orders, but the fact that they've done this now on several occasions (on this forum alone) coupled with the fact that basically everyone who has posted that they sent buysnus an email regarding their problem and virtually everyone received a PERSONAL email back says who cares why they do it, this is FANTASTIC customer service. Absolutely unparalleled here in the US. I haven't been involved in any shipping delays personally (although I placed an order on sunday the 31st and am waiting on it still, only 4 days so far, not even CLOSE to panicking yet), just seeing the way they've handled this has made a lifetime customer of me. I may just send them an email to say how impressed I am just to see if I get an email back.

                  Well my original package arrived on the 2nd of september so thats awesome. Kinda feel bad that they sent me another package now.

                    Glad to hear they've been accomodating you guys that got caught up in the shipping problem. BuySnus rocks, no question about it, I will not order from another retailer ever again.

                    When you think about it, none of it was their fault, they were under no real obligation to fix anything, but they are doing so, and that speaks volumes for them, I think.

                    Northerner and Swedish Match, take note.

                    I've let them know on more than one occasion that among the American snus users, they are basically gods.
