Shipping to Oklahoma

Hey guys! I want to place an order to be sent to Oklahoma. I've seen that Northerner doesn't ship to this state as tobbaco online sales are apparently forbidden, however, I can't seem to find this disclaimer with SnusCentral.

Will I be able to ship an order to Oklahoma using SnusCentral (or any other online retailer) or I'm screwed and have to stick to locally bought General?
