I just got an email from Northerner speaking about their relaunch:

For all of you in the US this launch brings more changes than a better shopping experience and great offers. First some brands will now be available in rolls instead of single cans. This is due to that we again have changed to shipping all orders to our US customers from our US warehouse. This means that shipping will be cheaper from now on. We are once again offering different UPS shipping methods to you in the US ranging from UPS Ground to UPS Next Day Air for those of you that dont want to wait that extra day.

I just looked at the northerner site and I see a huge difference in the layout. Not sure yet if its good or bad. I did put a few things in my cart and I noticed the prices are cheaper for the snus as well as the shipping. yippie. Not only that but I had Onyx in my cart as well. I went thru the checkout process [all but actually making a purchase] and I didn't see anything about Onyx not being available to the US. I guess if you want Onyx now would be a good time to get it because this might be just a temporary glitch in the new site format.

It does seem to have fewer products.

I was actually able to order Onyx about a week ago, before the site change. Eh, I mean it's decent snus. Nothing super special. And the can design isn't nearly as cool as it used to be. It's just the standard can with a black label.

I like Onyx, have been able to get it from BuySnus, but I really miss when it had those cool chromed lids on the can.

Here's a sample order to Illinois from their US warehouse. Shipping is good, but I get clobbered by taxes.

Northerner can "relaunch" it's site as many times as it wants. Until i get a handwritten apology and 100 free cans of thunder frosted I would not even consider giving them a dime again. Between being accused of fraud, being sent the wrong product and being told I'm lying, not letting me order, and their recon team they deployed on here to look like a normal consumer and bashing those who oppose them, I can't believe this place is still in business. And the 100 free cans of thunder frosted isn't me being greedy. It is what they owe me.

Inb4 whatever that users name is comes on here demanding I spend countless hours "proving" these things that happened 4 years ago and claiming I work for another company.

I made an order two days ago and its still processing - I just hope I get my stuff one day soon and going forward SnusCentral will be my go to site for peace of mind, I'll pay extra for that.

You would think they would make more of an effort to make things better, faster... Hire people who get orders packaged and shipped fast.

Also I hear ya about these Illinois taxes. I would love to buy a nice condo on the market right now that would be almost 50% cheaper than my rent but the property taxes are INSANE

I have made on online order with Northerner every month the past 24 months plus...not a single issue. Works folks..

Pretty good pricing, and the shipping isn't bad. I notice they add the tax in per can, too. Can get 40 cans of Jaks Melon 2nd Day Air for just over $100. Me likey.

I've never had an issue ordering from Northerner.

One of the only reasons I ever used Northerner was for the variety of Odens products. All Oden's seem to be gone...I'll stick with buysnus.com

I was just over at the site........that can't be the all they are going to carry........certainly they are still uploading product images and details.....there are more brands and types coming.....right?

Onyx has been available for a long time now. I ordered it sometime in 2013 from Northerner and it's been my main go-to every since.
