    Help With Northerner.com

    I have been hearing bad things about Northerner.com to buy Snus, does anyone have any experience with them? My local shop is always out of the snus I want here in the US.

    I haven't used them for over a year. I've been using SnusCentral.com and BuySnus.com, and never had any issues. Usually receive in 3 or 4 days from Sweden to Illinois. Get on their email lists and watch for sales.

        On 26 Dec I placed an order....no emails, no snus, nothing. They got their money though...beware. I sent their rep on here a message and I have yet to hear from her. I think going forward I will stick with snuscentral.

            Sounds like horrible customer service. I would stick to snuscentral.com

              Maybe if you place an order on Boxing Day ... then you might expect some kind of seasonal delay due to public holidays etc. etc. ???


              Even Northerner employees deserve to have a chance to be with their families during the winter break ... don't they?

                  Um....but over a week? I get Christmas day and New Years....two whole days. That leaves plenty of time to send an email....

                    Also it would be helpful if they are not going to be able to ship or respond to post a notice of the down time. Most other retailers do.

                      Northerner is not bad but they are not great/standout either but they do have cheap shipping.

                      Personally, I'm sticking with SnusCentral as they always go above and beyond to make me happy. I will gladly pay extra for peace of mind.

                        Did your receive a confirmation e-mail? If so, what is your order #? Also, I don't think your cc is charged until your order ships. I order every month and have not had a single issue for over 24 months that is over 48 orders without a hitch.

                          Also for everyone's FYI.......the Northerner rep here was reassigned during the recent change around at the company......it is my understanding that she will no longer be the snuson contact.........as of yet, they have not reassigned someone to take her place........I sure they will introduce themselves whenever it happens
