    I'm in a similar situation....placed an order on 8th January and it still says that it is processing...surely 11 days is far too long? Especially because I waited until after the festive period specifically to avoid a delay? Anybody else got/had a similar problem recently?

                I just decided to give Northerner another shot after over 3 years but every time I try to place an order I get "The weight limit has been reached. The limit in your region is 10 pounds. Please remove some items from your cart" I went all the way down to 3 cans just to see what would happen. Does anyone have any idea what this is about? Not a good start I will say.

                  Our IT department is working on the problem right now. There is currently an issue when you shop to the US and change state at the checkout. There is no problem as long as you specify the state at the shopping cart instead of the checkout. I will get back to you when this issue has been solved.

                    The shipping issue has now been resolved by our IT department and orders to the US can be made without problems again. We here at Northerner feel a bit embarrassed about this so we decided to make it up to everyone by offering free shipping for the rest of the week. The free shipping is valid on all mail and UPS Ground orders.

                      After reading this I tried again and it did go through. Thank you for the free shipping. I'll give everyone an update here about how the order went. Hopefully I won't have to bump an old thread to do it!

                        I placed an order 6 days ago and it has been showing "complete" since 4 days ago. I still have no tracking number or snus. After attempts to contact the help desk and the rep on this site I have not received a single response. Annika responds within an hour. If I had ordered from Snus Central I would have had my order Monday. They get snus to me in 3 days from Sweden. Northerner can't get snus from Pennsylvania to Delaware in a week? The customer service appears to be just as bad as it was when I stopped using Northerner 3 years ago.

                          I think northerner is a good shop !
                          The customer service is very good.
                          I sent yesterday a email and today i receive the answer!
                          I think is normal in a big web shop have some issue....

                            Northern.com is a very good site. I had some issues ordering to Europe, but the customer service always helped me and eventually refunded me.
                            In the US it should be easier, however I'm sure that if you have any problem they will solve it.

                              Figured I'd take advantage of the free shipping. It almost appears as if Northerner "forgot" to ship my order. Contacted tech support regarding a tracking number as it's been over a week shipping from PA -> PA, and all of a sudden I get a notice from UPS saying it'll be delivered tomorrow with UPS Next Day Air, with the current status being "Order Processed: Ready for UPS"

                                I just got the same message but from Quantum view not Northerner. I guess I'll still use them from time to time as long as I have enough snus to get me by for a few weeks when I order. As far as them being my go to, not likely.
