    Snus to EU?

    Hi,

Its really hard to find snus shops who ship to the EU. Is it possible to do at an article on this matter - perhaps a list with pro and cons on shops who ship to EU countries? I'm sure this will help a lot of snusers in EU.

    I know these three:

Snusline.com: Located in Israel, fair prices, free shipment, few brands, slow shipment, risk of being caught in duty.
Odenssnus.eu: Swedish, has only Odens snus, higher prices, shipment is expensive, fast delivery, quality snus.
Snus.de: Only snus from V2, members only. I dont know much about this site. Feel free to fill in.

Am I missing any shops who ship to the EU?

Hi Jean78. Check out Snus2.se. I used to use them. Not a 100% if they still ship within the EU though.

      Hi Jean,

I'm afraid Snus2.se stopped selling snus to the EU several years ago - so that option is dead to us! You have missed out a big company who still ships to the EU which is Northerner.com who still carry a fair range for shipment to the EU - but not snus made by Swedish Match.

The reason why there is not an article here is because we still can get snus through several channels, the only reason I don't post openly about where we can and can't get snus is because I'm concerned that the authorities or over-zealous anti-tobacco people might us it as ammunition to close down those channels for us. Also Swedish Match, in a vain hope that they might overturn the snus ban eventually, have decided to self-police so that any web shop selling their products is prevented from being supplied ... I expect they also check SnusOn from time to time!

      So that's your options:

Northerner sells snus made by V2, Jakobssons, some Skruf and their own brand dry white to the EU ... it is sent from the USA and might be subject to customs charges (I have had that several times in the UK)

Snusline sells snus made by V2, Jakobssons, Odens, and the whole Skruf range ... sent from Israel and may be subject to customs charges (although I have never had that from them here in the UK)

Odenssnus.eu is where Odens sell their own products openly from Sweden at their own risk to legal challenges (a very noble attitude) ... they get around the law by making you agree that you will use their products as chewing tobacco!! I definitely chew mine! There is no risk of import duty charges as it is sent from Sweden which is within the EU.

Fourthly ... you can get Thunder Chew and Thunder Chewing Bags in many flavours which are distributed legally to specialist tobacconists around Europe. There is no noticeable difference between these and regular Thunder Snus. If you are looking to buy these online I would recommend Mrsnuff.com from the UK and snuffstore.de from Germany - again as both of these are based within the EU - there should be no customs charges at all.

This is not a completely exhaustive list ... but it is all the ones who openly sell to the EU.

Are you drinking home made poteen? You say you dont talk about it.............then you spill the beans.........not in a porno kinda way you understand

Its all chewing tobacco......unless you utilise it as a suppository like me......then its pretty hard to chew. For ladies you just stick it under your lip.......might get a bit of burn with that one though. Its either the left or right lip......your choice.

No I was careful to post that one sober ... I didn't add anything to what's already freely available to read on SnusOn and stating the obvious. Just clarifying what the OP asked.

I'm on the G&T now tho' so don't expect any sense!

Thanks, squeezyjohn... I tried to send you a PM, but your inbox is full. It seams that my only option is Odenssnus. Snusline is slow and I always get caught in duty. The same goes for Northerner from the US.
