mysnus was ordered a week ago as UPS, so I am following the progress. It worries me though as it was shipped from Sweden the next day, arrived in Germany, then forwarded to the US, after a short stop in 3 different states it finally appeared in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Then the worrying part: they sent it to Colombia!!! It has been there for two days now waiting for clearance. Sounds to me like it is forever lost. Unless someone can give me another idea.

I also ordered a pack from snusline in Israel, but that seems rather like a waste of money, since the pack has been posted (according to tracking) but still remains in a deposit lot and has not moved for 3 days.

So my question is: Has anyone here in the south America ordered snus online and recived it at all? Please PM me,

Another update, thanx for reply alopezg1

According to UPS it seems like the parcel is on its way back to Sweden (after Colombia it showed up in US/Miami again, though the tracking site still says the expected delivery date will be here next week.

I still think the client should be notified if the package was rejected by the customs if so on the tracking site of UPS, maybe an explination like "Item forbidden, returning to sender" or the likes. Anyway, I got slight hopes for the rest.... Lets see what happens.

          Is this common UPS?

Check out this, and tell me if you think this is common. To me it seems totally far off...

Hahahaa, yeah... Im really currious what they substituted the 9 tins with in freaking colombia! Also think its odd that it visited 3 states in the US when destination was Brazil.

Happens sometimes. I ordered a cell phone from Canada a couple of years ago that made a few trips back and fourth across the border and around the US before finally making it to me.

                    UPDATE:

My pack was posted the day after ordering and arrived Brazil in 3 days. Then made a little roundtrip to Columbia! then back to Brazil again. Still there according to tracking. BUT today (after 6 weeks) I got a notification in my mailbox from UPS in Brazil posted over 4 weeks ago (before it made the roundtrip to COLUMBIA) that my package was on hold in Sao Paulo due to missing TAX ID.On the tracking sheet, you can see the TAX ID was modified in the US during shippment) They kindly asked me to email them my social security number and reminded me that since the value was over $50 USD they would tribute it with additional 60% tax. The value is not only the snus, but also shipping value is included. But ok, what REALLY pisses me off is that I paid UPS (Express) but they send a notification by snailmail which took over four weeks for me to recive, INSTEAD of sending me a bloody email asking for my ID or even call me as my number was also registred in the order.

Sooo fkn pissed right now. NEVER UPS AGAIN!

Ps. the sad part is that mysnus only offers UPS to Brazil, so my mysnus bookmark is DELETED
