Has anybody in the southern USA been experiencing UPS issues?

I placed an order with Snuscentral almost 2 weeks ago. Everything with the tracking went smoothly like always until it got to my local facility where I have it placed for will call. The scheduled delivery date was Tuesday but it hasn't been updated since then and when I go they say that it is still sitting on a trailer and hasn't been brought inside yet. I know the snow delayed packages but I really thought it would be sorted out by now.

Oh yeah I remember around that time. Not surprised its late, my pay check was late due to the weather up north around that time.

I don't know if it is related or not.......but lately about half of my fed-X and USPS trackings have been shot all to hell......have the time not even showing the item was received by the carrier or that no such tracking # exists........then the package shows up at the house a day or so latter.

I have not had anything sent UPS lately, so I can't say one way or the other on that one. But the others have been all over the place
