    Is it normal for Northerner to take 13+ days to even ship?

    First if there is any Northerner support staff that posts here, my order # is 8000046161

    I placed an order for over 450.00 of Snus on 03/06/15.

    Everything I ordered showed in stock in the USA location.

    It is now around 13 days and all my order shows is processing. My credit card was charged on the day I ordered.

    I sent an email through the contact us form the other day on the website, but did not get a reply back yet.

    Can anyone help me out?

      I sent an email and hope I get some reply with an explanation.

      Today my order # above was changed to COMPLETE. But nothing shows as shipped.
