    Northerner isn't too bad!

I decided to place an order for a single roll from Northerner. There was some confusion on the shipping time from my end, and didn't believe the ordered could be received due to my relocation across the country here in the US.

It took a little bit for Mikael to respond BUT when he was able to he made things right .

For those wishing to place an order on Northerner give it a shot. The snus was shipped out in a timely manner and the staff was pretty helpful.

Well, Im not too impressed, recieved close to 3 months old snus (fabrication to shipping) so clearly my snus was expired upon delivery...

Remember the Swedes do the month and day in reverse order from the USA. A lot of folks think they have gotten expired snus and it is just a date reversal issue.

That's because they put the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car.

I'm not even going to get in to the metric system issue.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I once heard about why they drive on the left in England and it goes back to the days of horseback riding long before cars. It was necessary to pass on the left to have the right (dominant) hand on a lance or sword to attack or defend oneself against oncoming riders or something like that. They used to boil left-handed people in vats of pork lard. I can't remember the whole story but it went something like that.

I remember when Northerner was great with great selections in the US warehouse. They had everything except for Skruf.
I also have experience buying from Northerner twice and having my package delivered to Saudi Arabia from Sweden with no problems, except for the stupid mailman placing my package in a different mailbox the first time.

They are descent, and in all three experiences, the shipping was next day.

The MM/DD/YYYY versus DD/MM/YYYY is indeed confusing. I think "General" that you buy in stores in the US is MM/DD/YYYY.

That is correct. They flip the order for the US market

That's not true.....its because in England they built all the pubs of the left hand side of the road

Thus the famous quote from the House of Lords......Pork Lard doesn't kill people.....people kill people......... by refusing to drive on the right hand side of the FLIPPEN road like God said to in the Bible

Just got an order in yesterday and like tom I got some expired snus.

can of LD expired in May before I ordered and a can of lundgrens that was BB April. All other cans were well within the BB date.

only order one can of each to try thankfully. Can of LD seems like it will be fine, just pissed they sent "expired" snus, the can of lundgrens on the other hand looks like it's going to be trash.

I had been rather loyal to Northerner, since I'd never had an issue with them. One time they shorted me on a couple rolls of Onyx, and they sent them out with no issue, but once they moved their warehouse back to the States, they stopped carrying Onyx. So I've had to stop ordering from them. Onyx is all I use outside of work, besides an occasional pinch of los.
