Buysnus Customer service? Anyone Home?

    Buysnus Customer service? Anyone Home?

    I have ordered 9 cans in two seperate orders from buysnus.com (both orders are expected to arrive within the next couple of days) and have not gotten any promotional points on the "my points" page. I emailed buysnus.com's technical support about 4 days ago but got no reply. I then re-emailed the message to their regular customer support yesterday and havn't gotten a reply there either.

    As a new buysnus customer (these are my first orders) can anyone tell me if i'm doing something wrong? I am a registered member @ buysnus.com and did purchase cans worth points. OR

    Maybe i'm just impatient but how long did it take you guys to get replies from their customer service? Has anyone else had this "points" problem? Or do points show up after a week or something?

    Buysnus is generally pretty quick answering emails. Within 24 hours in my experience. For the points you have to order at least a roll of one brand at the same time to get a point(1 roll=1 point).

    5 General + 5 Gotland does not equal 1 point
    10 Gotland + 6 Retro + 4 Catch= 1 point
    10 Gotland + 10 Ettan= 2 points

      I've always heard back from them within 24 hrs.

      Keep in mind too that some of the 'budget' brands, notably Offroad I think, do not net you points at all.

        Ok I think I'm the one to blame here.. lol. I just noticed its a ROLL.. I ordered 5 individual cans in one order and 4 individual cans in another order... soooo I guess I didn't earn any "points".. i'm a newb what can I say?

        I had another problem with the refer a friend... I refered 3 friends and got an email back that said delivery to recommend@buysnus.com failed. It appears that buysnus is not getting the email but my friends are... I wrote to them about this problem too.. Hmmmm any thoughts

            Not true. I order rolls of OR and Phantom all the time and get my points.

              Well at least sentry realizes what the real deal is.

              Honestly I would love to qualify for points for every ten cans. Even eleven to cover overhead. I have yet to order an entire roll. My total purchases may amount to more than someone who buys rolls.

              Regardless buysnus is great and if they had a more complete selection they would have 100% of my snus business.

                I have always had superb customer service from buysnus. I was impacted when their payment service went down. They replied to my inquiry letting me know it was not working the same day. They missed sending me the snus pouch which you were all raving about. I sent them an e-mail letting them know, and they apologized and sent it right away with some extra snus too to make up for the delay.

                Other merchants should take a note from buysnus!
