    Mysnus contact?

    Has anyone ever got a reply from mysnus?

    over the past 4 or 5 months I sent them probably 3-4 emails asking if they ship to Canada or not because it lets you select canada as the country your shopping from then when you go to checkout and select canada it says no shipping methods available which is BS because everyone ships to canada.

    anyways I've never got a reply from them and was wondering if they were ignoring me or if this is common with them.

    I wish i could get a reply. I've ordered from them a couple times and had no problems, orders shipped within 48 hrs. I ordered 3 rolls from them on the 13th,money came out of my account on the 15th and it hasn't shipped yet. No replys to my emails. I'd stay far away from them.

    ETA I just got a shipping notification.

      I have had the same experience in the last ten or so days......money transfered on the 11th, sent an email, nothing so far.........it's good to hear they are shipping something though........

        I sent them a "WTF" email yesterday. They're showing Jacs Classic Strong in stock and that was part of my order. Pretty much- "No one else has it in stock right now,if you don't send Jacs Melon instead. But just F-ing send SOMETHING!!"
        Now I'm curious as to what I'm going to get.

        ETA Yep I'm getting Melon,they evidently don't have Classic Strong in stock.

          Right - "But just F-ing send SOMETHING!" Same on the Jac's for me and I don't want melon .....this was a "lets try some new stuff" order and I have plenty of snus, but I think I'm going with a WTF email as well as my first one was polite and got not even a hello.....

            If you tell 'em to swap something for the Jacs I bet it ships right away. Poor business practice 1st to have it listed in stock and another not to let us know its back ordered.
            Plus not answering their emails. I specifically asked them to reply in my last email,but at least it shipped. Yeah,glad I've got plenty of snus or I'd be dipping chew right now. :sour:

              I agree, I asked them to substitute for any other product in my order, so received a Quantam View tracking number and an email:

              Hi,


              excuse the delay! In fact, yes, it’s the Jakobsson’s that currently cannot be delivered by the manufacturer. Very unfortunate.
              We have substituted it now, the order will leave TODAY!
