I see a lot of discussion about northerner and buysnus.com , but I also found one called buyswedishsnus.com which seems to be direct distribution from swedish match. Is there a reason this one isn't discussed much?

I was thinking since this is a direct holding of swedish match, that their north american division might be handling it.

I think the biggest reason it isn't talked about much, is their selection is limited to SM only, and you have to buy whole rolls at a time. AFAIK, the people who've used them have been happy with the service. If you like General lös, now's the time to buy. 2 rolls gets you an IceTool also. I've been tempted to go for it, but I'm not that crazy about General.

Whoops, I haven't been there in awhile. It used to be roll orders only :^/

I've bought from them. They put annoying American style warnings on every can you get. I wanted to try general wintergreen and they were running a promotion, which they do regularly, so I dove in.

I haven't been to the site in a few weeks, but when I checked it out last, the prices were pretty high, and their shipping wasn't any better. If they could be more competitive with buysnus, then MAYBE I'd order from them. I mean, you'd think direct from the manufacturer would be the lowest price, wouldn't you?

I've noticed it's almost never cheaper to buy products directly from the manufacturer. I assume they don't want to undercut their distribution system. With many people selling their name gets spread around. If everybody bought from the manufacturer(due to cheaper prices), it would reduce their ability to get new customers.
