Best website to order snus?

Daniel, SnusCentral and Buysnus for that matter DO use DDP. If you bothered to check SnusCentral's website, it is clearly stated: http://www.snuscentral.com/content/2...t-legal-notice SnusCentral has used DDP for our customers from the first day we opened 8 years ago.

If you don't provide DDP, you should at least be honest enough with your customers to publish that on your website. At SnusCentral (and BuySnus) US customers will not have to pay a penny more for their order than they did at checkout. Your customers should be warned that they can expect a UPS duty bill...especially since UPS charges a daily "warehousing fee" if FDA holds the order. BTW, FDA can hold an order for up to 30 days before it is automatically released so that can add up to a big bill to the customer.

You also neglected to mention that Chad told you he gets duty bills once every FEW YEARS. So do I; UPS screws up. We call SC customer service and they take care of that for the customer with UPS.

I know you've only been in business a couple of months, but perhaps you should learn the business before opening your mouth (or your store).

We've all seen a lot of snus eShops open and close over the years because of stupidity and lack of business sense. Unless Snus24 is a front to launder money, I doubt you'll be around all that long with your attitude.

You're correct and I see on the link that SC do have DDP for USA only. Of course I'll make Snus24 to start with DDP immediately for USA! I've also checked with the FDA and it's also correct that we need one additional warning label on the top. Those will be applied on the cans from tomorrow. Thanks for all the information. Sometimes when you start a company it's easy to make mistakes but the important thing is to correct them directly when they appears! And for those who had the problems with an UPS bill can contact me on daniel@snus24.com. From hereon customer from the US won't pay a penny more than they did at checkout! Thanks again for your input! Really appreciate that!

About honesty to our customers:

"If you read our FAQ you'll see more or less directly. It's on row 5: "You are responsible as the importer of the products and it is your obligation to monitor possible payments such as customs clearance and/or taxes."

But that will now change for the US customers

Either way this is cool to hear. But still I'm not sure I can leave snus central with their 5 cans free deals. It truly is a steal and always fun to see what they have listed. BUT snus 24 has a great if not the best selection for US

Yep, until we see how he responds I would recommend not using Snus24 and sticking to Snuscentral for U.S orders. Northerner is really a non factor anymore due to there very limited selection. Hell I can get General regular for 3 bucks here everyday and they charge 5 bucks a can for it.......thats about the only thing they carry that I use regularly. And buying in bulk at Snuscentral gets me a variety of wonderful snus for 3 bucks a can average.

We do use DDP and you shouldn't have hade any bill from UPS. All the guys in the warehouse knows about the DDP but sometimes people make mistakes. Could be one of our guys or UPS. Just give me a mail with that bill and I'll transfer back the money for that bill! My mail is daniel@snus24.com

I heard of another UPS bill from snus24, on another forum, it does seem to be a random and infrequent slip-up and Daniel took care of the refund quickly.....I may be ordering from them again soon, still the best selection online.....

Favorite websites for snus?

Just wondering, what website/websites is y'all's favorite for ordering snus, I used to use northerner.com a lot and loved it, but sadly in the last year or so there selection has dwindled majorly, now I use snus24.com and I like it, but I miss the extra stuff northerner use to give me with an order, for example this one order I got I ordered a lot of jakobssons snus and received a free jakobssons shirt and a pen, and some delicious Swedish candy! Just wondering if any other website does that, and just curious as to what sites y'all use considering I've only used two for the last 4 years. Looking forward to hearing from y'all!

I pretty much only use snuscentral.com. I'm not advertising for them, but in my experience they have the best prices & my snus gets usually gets delivered within a week.
