You can do it no problem, but you can get a 6 months supply into a carry on case no problem so there is no need really.

So I am making the trip on friday, just to confirm that there is no problem with bringing back a good number of rolls through security in my hand luggage ? Also do they sell snus in the airport and is cheaper than buying it at one of the shops in Gothenburg?

They do sell it at the airport but it's considerably more expensive than in the shops.

You can only get cheap duty free snus in the airport if you fly to Norway instead ... That is because Norway is outside the EU ... It's a bit odd as snus in regular Norwegian shops is crazily high ... About £9 a can ... But in the airports it's cheaper than the Swedish airports and about the same as Swedish shops.

Also so if anyone's going to Norway ... Ignore the signs telling you that you have a limit of 1 roll of portions or 5 cans of løs - that only applies if you're going to Sweden!

No restrictions at all. It's only illegal if you buy it in an EU country that is not Sweden (and the legal problems with buying online from Sweden only come from the fact that the EU has ruled that the transaction is deemed to be made in the country of the buyer - not the seller for internet sales)

You could technically send yourself 1000 rolls of snus if you wanted. Laws would only become enforceable if you then sold the snus on in the UK.
