    At first they seemed like a God send. They has the lowest prices on the block. However now that I have placed a couple orders this is my problem.

    The box they send you always looks like it survived a hurricane

    Customer service is next to non existant . Good luck trying to contact these guys

    Shipping takes forever. It took me 2 weeks just to get my snus and that's WITH UPS express

    They also mislabeled general G3 on their website when they first put it up. I bought two rolls of what I thought was 9 mg snus and it turned out to be 14 mg stark portions. I had to throw out every can because of its strength

    Zero effort on their part to correct this mistake. Even snus central gave me 15% off when there was a mislabeled incident on their site.

    They are also raising their prices.


    Sorry mysnus, you had your chance, but customer service and prices are far supirior on other websites

    There was also a mislabeled incident on Northerner that I had when they switched to a US warehouse. They gave me the roll of snus I ordered FREE because of the mix up. That's customer service.

    I swear I must have a 30 response email with someone from the snus central staff practically chatting nonchalantly or them cracking jokes.

    Some folks understand customer service, some folks dont
