I was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this. I went to the Snus24 site last week and saw that they still had some of Conny Andersson's Crafted Whiskey original portions. I initially tried to order a whole roll of ten cans but saw that their stock was only seven cans which I ordered. When my order arrived last Friday, imagine my surprise when I found seven cans of Islay original portions. I emailed both Daniel and tried messaging Snus24 via their site but have so far had no luck with a response. I also checked my order history on their site and indeed it listed that I ordered seven cans of Crafted Whiskey and NOT Isley Whiskey.

Well I was just contacted this morning from Snus24 and they'll send me the replacement. I'll wait until my next order since it doesn't make sense to do two separate shippings when I know that I'll be wanting the new GNT rum Snus or the Thunder Coola. -
they actually replied to a message?? Lucky you. I tried contacting them several times thru their message system and thru snusons pm system and they never replied. I would never recommend them. just sayinGrant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......
I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Well it appears as if you were right. I thought that I'd be a nice guy and have Snus24 send me my missing Crafted Whiskey in a subsequent order so that they wouldn't have to pay for a separate shipping. In the end, I did place the order and contacted Daniel, Lisa and Magnus about this to give them a heads up since Magnus stated that he was aware of what had happened. When my order arrived yesterday, I found no added Crafted Whiskey and immediately informed Snus24. I received an email this morning telling me that I would get my missing Crafted Whiskey on my 'next' order. Seems kind of like I won't be doing this. I think that I'll be sticking with Snus Central and Snus Direct for all future orders. What a shame because Daniel at Snus24 has a really great selection.Comment

Anyway.......people will come here and research the reliability of these vendors before dropping a butt load of money on an order.............if you keep screwing your customers, chances are the rest of us and all the people who come here and read these posts are going to hear about it and spend their money elsewhere.
It all has a way of coming back around in the end.

I just received my replacement cans of Crafted Whiskey original portions. I had originally ordered 7 cans of this but they sent me 7 cans of Isley Whiskey original portions by mistake. They let me keep these (I wasn't a huge fan but froze them in vacuum seal in case my tastes change after a year or so) and sent me 10 cans of Crafted Whiskey by way of replacement. My faith in Snus24 has been restored and I shall continue to buy from them in the future. Thanks Daniel.Comment

I've only ordered once from them and it was the last. Said they would send it Swedish post and sent it ups. About $100 for the order and about $250 in a customs bill from the criminals at ups, no thanks. They had a chance and pooched it. I would advise ALL Canadians to avoid snus24Comment

Larry I'm glad it worked out for you. Cody that really sucks. I finally got my issue resolved by my credit card company. It was an issue of snus24 not paying the clearance/customs fees.
