What's happening with Northerner, Pose, On

Hi, bros. 5 years spanish snus here.
From June, Northerner has not any of its own brand snus, Pose or On. I have several payed shipments to from July and they do not give any reason for it.
This is frustrating because I only use just this brands and they do not give any information at all.
Does anybody have a clue on it??

Unfortunately the manufacturer of these products have not been able to deliver the products to us due to some issues while producing the products.
We are, as you, waiting impatiently for the products to arrive. However, ON! are in stock.

Wait....you have orders from July that have not been shipped yet......and Northerner's response is "feel free to sign up for our newsletter".........Julia send the customer a some comp cans of snus that are similar to what he ordered just to tied him over and then offer to cancel his order and refund his money.
