Service was fast and flawless, expiration dates could use improving but considering this is a relatively new company, I am willing to allow some lee way. I like having a domestic source with good price and service and would like to support their efforts.

I would have ordered a role of General Ekstra Sterk from GetSnus.com, but the wait time was 1-2 weeks. Your site is awesome, but the inventory levels could use some improvement. When my role is finished, I will try to purchase a role of General Ekstra Sterk from you guys, as long as there's no 1-2 week wait.

I recently put in my second order with them earlier Sunday afternoon. They should have shipped within that Monday but it was sent out to UPS on Tuesday instead. The estimated time of delivery should be tomorrow which is Friday. Thats about 5 working days to get my package (4 working days after the date shipped) and it was only like 7 cans. Last order was shipped via USPS and that got delivered within 3 days. I also put an order for Buysnus.com Sunday afternoon and I suppose it'll also take 5 days like they usually do but apparently my order was sent out Tuesday as well. I'm dissatisfied with both Getsnus.com and Buysnus.com this order because instead of getting shipped out Monday they were both shipped out on Tuesday. I noticed a trend that if you receive your package is shipped via USPS it should arrive faster than UPS. Next order around I'm gonna request for USPS.
