Anyone here from the EU, especially UK, tried ordering from Snusen.com? It all sounds a bit too good to be true! If they're for real, an problem-free, then it would be a great place to get my General at least!

AFAIK, Snusen is owned by our friends over at Northerner. There have been several people here that have ordered from them problem-free.
Basically, if your package slips through customs, you are good to go. If it gets checked in customs, you will have to pay the taxes.
In essence, you are "supposed" to report the purchase and pay the taxes yourself (yeah right).
I know that shipments coming into the US supposidly do not have to report/pay taxes on items valued under something like $200USD (don't quote me on that, I don't know the exact figure). Same concept as buying booze or smokes from a duty-free shop before hopping an international flight.
I don't know if the EU has a similar thing where it doesn't need to be taxed if it is under "x amount"
Maybe one of our EU members could clarify this?

I haven't used snusen.com until now, but have read about very different experiences from fellow snusers in German forums.
In theory (or if you are very lucky), you can import snus from snusen.com tax-free and hassle-free for up to 150,- Euros to Germany. There must be a similar tax-allowance in the UK.
In reality, you mostly have to drive to the next customs-office (no matter if you have to pay duty or not). The delivery times are often long (expect 3 weeks), because of customs delays (seemingly not only in the consumer's country but also between Sweden and Norway, where snusen.com is located). The snus also often is close to the best-before-date. In case the snus gets lost in the mail, you have quite some trouble to even find a contact-person or e-mail-address to complain, and the complaints are badly handled, they don't ship replacements from what I've read.
I trust Northerner 100%. It's always hassle-free and a real pleasure to do business with them, but their affiliate snusen.com obviously has to solve some organisational problems before they get my business (besides the fact that I don't like General).

big problem with snusen.com
:x I have had and continue to have, problems with snusen.com.
Basically I made an order early January. Order was accepted and payment was taken from my credit card.
However no delivery. I live in E.U.
I initially got replies to my queries, with promises of shipping shortly. Then was told that they were shipping the next day , and finally told they were having technical difficulties but would ship "very soon".
Eventually my order was cancelled and "refund has been made"
Only problem is, refund has not been credited to my card.
I have again written to them, without any reply. I also wrote to Northerner, since payment was made to them, only to be told I have to deal with Snusen!
It's driving me mad especially as I was suspicious about ordering from them in the first place- the offer seemed too good to be true. Also I have been ordering regularly- twice/ three times a month from Northerner without any hassle whatsoever. Yet now :!: they have my money and disclaim any responsibility.
Any advice anyone?

Victor, please send me your Snusen order information to my account here on snuson.com and I will make sure we sort it out for you. We have had problems with a company in Norway which send out our orders. We will soon arrange a better solution with taxfree shipments outside Europe where we ourselves will ship the orders. We will then have full control.

Let me share my snusen.com experience. I made my order on the 13th of February but no delivery yet.
I had contacted them around 10 days after the order date and they informed me that my snus had been shipped out so I just decided to wait. I sent them a question a couple of days ago but haven't received any answer yet.
When I found that online shop I thought it was a great opportunity to get my general tax free in EU but it seems to be too good to be true.
