      The only time they do this is on Northerner because it is charged in Krona. Buysnus charges USD

        The catch I use to determine what my total charge to my bank account (of 3% International Fee) will be is to take the amount that the Swedish retailers (Swedish Match, Buysnus, Northerner, etc.) says as the total is to take that total then times it by 1.03 (e.g. If buysnus says $47.30, then on my bank will deduct $48.72);

        Of course, this only works if the bank charges an exact percentage (%) rate. My bank told me that it was VISA itself that makes that charge, so other Card types (ex. MasterCard) may have different rates, and I am in the USA.

        I told my bank they should have noted the separate charge in the itemization instead of making it look like the retailer added the charge - the bank teller agreed.
