The 3ml is exactly what I want. I suspect I will probably do it the first of May. If I don't spend too much money smoking a hookah that is. [/i]

At one point a few months ago, I was seriously looking into it. Did lots of research, looking into where I would stay, etc. Someday I WILL go, kinda like I need to go at least once to MY Mecca.
But at the moment, kinda pricey and I have a bunch of friends in Australia from my motorcycle board pleading for me to go there, and surprisingly, cheaper. So then my plans shifted towards going to Australia instead
But then my motor blew up on my motorcycle, will be at least 3 months finally when I get her back due to the inability of my bike maker to get me one last part. So now feeling I need to move up my plans for a 2nd bike, so vacation put off till next year. I have been renting a scooter the past few months which drives me nuts. I want a 2nd bike so I am never in this situation again.
But I will go one day!!
And I long ago got past the munchies. 6 years ago, lost over 60 pounds while still smoking every day.

If I had a 125, it wouldn't be so bad, but all I can rent is the less than 50cc kind. I just absolutely love my bike and miss her dearly. But should be about one more month, fingers crossed.
I got back up to 198 and that was enough for me. I put back on 40 of the 60 pounds I lost 6 years ago after my separation and divorce. So back on diet now, have lost 7 pounds so far, only about 30 -45 more to go.

I tried the lemonade diet last year (master cleanse) and I don't recommend it. I lost 4 pounds on the first day, 3 on day two, and a further 2 on day three. 9 pounds in 3 days is madness. The diet does work, and you do feel great (probably some element of placebo here though) but the main problem I had was that my meds stopped working - you are consuming nothing but the home made lemonade, with no fat whatsoever, and I think the meds need the fat to absorb into the system. I started hearing voices...not good. Oh but the feeling I got after the fast, when I started eating again.....heaven.

I lost the weight before the same way I am now, an aggressive version of Atkins. But there is nothing magic about the Atkins, I just find that eliminating carbs, and subsisting on largely fat and protein just makes it far easier for me to subsist on a reduced calorie diet. Most days right now, I get between 1500 - 1700 calories.
If I cut out fat and replaced it with carbs, but kept the same calorie count, I would expect my weight loss would be the same. But I couldn't do it, I would never feel satiated.
Once I lose enough weight, I become addicted to the weight loss and staying focused on diet becomes much easier for me. But it is a long haul, I am giving myself 6 months to reach my weight goals

Yes, for about a day or two, then it stabilizes and everything is fine. Definitely not for everyone, but for me at least, darn affective. First time I did it, the weight flew off the first few weeks, this go around much more slowly, but still heading the direction I want so no stresses about it.
The biggest thing, it was a huge lift for me the first time, in many ways, I have never done something for myself that made me feel so good. So looking right now to recapture that feeling a bit. The health thing matters. And I suppose as I finally do get back into dating, it will be a big plus. But mostly, I just want to feel as good about myself now as I did 6 years ago.
And I was lucky, i kept all but about 5 pounds off for 4 years, truly one of the few. It was just all the changes in my life after my wife left, and some of the deep depression I went through just throwing all my eating rhythms off. And going through this and getting bigger and bigger just doesn't help
