Northerner Order Question/problem

    I was real happy w/ my first northerner order. Cheaper than swedishsnus.com and got here in 1 week. They made 1 mistake but sent me a free replacement. Great experience.

    Second time around, though, no such luck. I placed the order 3/4 (also says status shipped on 3/4) and is still not here. Over 2 weeks and I need some f'in ekstra sterk!!!! WTF is going on northerner? Do I have to switch stores again???

      Actually, many, many orders from all stores seem to be taking longer this past month or so. My guess is there are issues at customs that is really slowing the process down.

      But don't think it has anything to do with Northerner.

        My order is at 8 days now, and I was going to send a message to Northerner, but when I click on the "contact us" link I get the 404 HTTP not found message. WTF? How can I contact them, anyone know?

          I just tried it and the web form came up for me. Maybe a momentary glitch? If it keeps happening, try another browser maybe.

                  Yea, IE is almost at the bottom of the list for my choice of browsers. The only one lower is Safari... I don't do Apple :^P

                    well that's the only browser I have, but it should still work. It works on every other portion of their site, one could assume it would work on the "contact us" page. Who knows, hopefully the shipment will be here tomorrow.

                      Okay, it's not IE. I tried from another computer that also uses IE and it loaded the "contact us" page without delay. Who knows, but I'm gonna download Firefox tomorrow and start using it, thanks for the input.

                        No snus in the mailbox today, I'm pissed. Oh and still no response from Northerner. Looks like I got hosed, who knows.

                                After reading my posts and whining about not getting my snus....I sound like a bitch, and I'm being impatient!

                                Northerner sounds like a reputable company and I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and patiently await their response/or my snus. Either way I'll be satisfied and order from them over and over, because they do have the best selection and pricing...not to mention that really cool ass bonus program.

                                I'll pop another Gen ES and chill....
