Northerner Order Question/problem

Got an email response from customer service at Northerner today, and all it said was that my order was shipped on March 16th. Replied and said that I still don't have it, not sure what happened to it. In the meantime, I place another order with another company. Don't want to run out.

Frank PM'd me and asked what the deal was too, thanks for asking Frank. Hopefully this order shows up in the next day or so.

Rick, most of my Northerner orders take EXACTLY 7 days to arrive. So I'll bet it shows up tomorrow.

I will continue to order from Northerner time and time again. As a matter of fact I'm ordering 3 rolls of "go to" snus tonight and will be trying a few others also.

Well I contacted Northerner re: my previous posting. They said it had been shipped on 3/4 and wanted me to confirm the address. Then I did and now they say they've shipped it again. I'm happy it has been shipped again (though no reason was provided) but would have liked a less laconic explanation (was it ever really sent, someone made a mistake, etc.). I might go w/ UPS next time as I'm now REAL close to running out.

Anyway, I'm happy w/ Northerner I guess, but the 2 times I ordered directly from Swedish Match this didn't happen. I know the prices are higher there, but haven't had any f*ckups...

My order did arrive in nine days, which is about what I expect based on my previous order from Northerner and two orders from Buysnus. I had given a friend of mine half a can of GES and ordered some assorted snus for him. When the order came he asked to buy my roll of GES too, so I have already placed another order with Northerner and used my bonus points with no problems.

OK, so it took forever but my first order (shipped 3/6) finally came a day or so ago. I told Northerner about it but they said they already shipped the replacement and that I should think of it as "free snus"! These guys are awesome. Should never have doubted!

They always make things right. I'm going to continue to order from northerner in the future. Anyway, props for the free snus and making things right.

Placed my third order from Northerner on 3/23 arrived today 3/28. Five days to Pa. Not bad

This is not a problem with Northerner, I repeat..not a problem, lol!

My last order's shipping was bumped to First Priority Mail - International, I assume due to the size. How long does that usually take? I wonder if it's the same 7-10 or sooner?

I normally just select the Swedish Post shipping option, but my choices were First priority Mail-International for $15.55, and then some UPS option for like $38.00
