Mail Stolen... I am upset.

I am sure you will get it by the end of this week. I have been there too and I always received the snus sooner or later. It seems like in the last couple of months, for some reason most international transactions have been getting longer to get here. In the past, I used to get my stuff from northerner in 4-5 days and the last two orders have been well over two weeks. I should also mention that I am pretty sure northerner shipped the stuff when they were supposed to ship. Other variables contributing to the delay can be: Swedish post office-> hand off process-> US customs-> US main po->local post office.

I absolutely believe that Northerner.com shipped this and is in no way their fault. Let me be clear about this. Northerner.com is a good company and this is more a personal rant about someone taking my mail that prolly doesn't even know what snus is.

Man I hope that didn't happen to my northerner order. I got my last one in 5 days and this one has been 10 days and still waiting. I hope you get your order rsuelzer.

Sorry to hear of your troubles sir, but there seems to be the occasional
hiccup in the system.
I get most of my orders from Northerner within7 days to eastern US.

My 2nd to last order took 14 days from order placement to receipt.

Sometimes the order gets held up in the bin for customs, they look at it and then its on its way with no problem except the time lost just sitting there in the bin. My last order was at my door in 5 working days, just as a reference

First, there have been many reports lately that seem to indicate that shipments, at least of snus, are taking way longer than normal on many occasions. There really does seem to be some hiccuping in the system right now. So please, don't give up hope just yet.

And if the package really doesn't get to you, at least let Northerner know. They are NOT required to replace it, but I bet they will. At least et them know, and see what they say. Nothing lost and maybe much gained.

I know nothing of the company you bought the E-Cigg stuff from, but at least let them know as well.

But before that step, just give it a bit more time. And if one or both show up, do let us know.

I am on 10 days also. I always received my orders from 4 - 7 days.

I placed an order from Northerner.com and it took a bit longer than usual (7 days). Only thing that bummed me out was instead of a roll of Rape #2 I got 1 can

Luckily Northerner is right on top of it and is sending me the correct snus, but still a bummer none the less. Good customer service is keeping me as a customer!

As of today, I am 8 days since it was shipped. Much longer than normal. But I have plenty of snus and plenty of snuff, so I am in no rush. Still, I don't like waiting this long.
