Probably depends on the Estonian postal service. 'Normally' you should receive your delivery at your front door, but if you're not at home you'll most likely have to pick it up in the post office nearest your home address (mail man will slip a recipe in your mailbox). Thats how it works in Denmark anyway - and most likely in other countries too.
What may be of relevance for your question, is that the snus mostly will be send as a letter, not as a parcel.
At least in Germany we have different services for letters and parcels. Since we don't need to subscribe for letters, the posties can leave it at the door, even if your not at home and the package is to thick to fit in the letterbox.
