    Quick response from Northenner

    I was looking at my bonus points from Northerner last night and noticed that my Pending Points was a negative number.
    Nothing in my shopping cart and I haven't used any point yet so this was odd.
    Figured it was a temporary glitch and I'd check it out today. Still negative.
    Sent an Email to Northerner asking about, got a reply back in less then 5 minutes and problem fixed.

    I'm liking Northerner more an more.

    My account was glitched like that but whatever they did fixed it for me too.

      My account had 1200 or more and then went down to zero overnight :shock:

      I emailed them, no response at all the first time.
      second email, "we will look into it"

      Still not fixed.

      Since they added the "must have 8 for password" that is when all my points disappeared.

      I have no clue, if they will ever fix it, sighs

          We have some small issues with our bonus points system but we are working the problems to get them fixed.

          All purchases can be validated and offset between purchases and points allocated for our review system.

          Once the bugs are ironed out the accounts will be revalidated and everyone will have an accurate representation of their points. Some people will get more points, some less points and others no change.

          Hope this clears up any confusion.

            having the same problem with my account. Sent them a message through the contact form and have not gotten a response. After seeing this I'll give them another week to fix the problem before I send another email.
